I believe that if Christians were to look at the bible in the original text then the most hot issues aren't as hot as they seem like women in the church or gay rights.Thank you and god bless

hello Saya.  Welcome.

Tell us a little about yourself.  Where are you from?

Hi Saya,  some (many?) of us here do read the New Testament in Koine Greek.  And some also have a knowledge of the Hebrew.

I would guess that animation is a field that would make room for more women, especially if you are willing to relocate to California eventually. (Game development, I'm not as familiar with... I'm not sure whether there's one best area of the country to pursue it, or whether it's more spread out.) Are you able to take classes at the college level? I know there are Masters programs in Communication for animators, and I think there are undergraduate programs out there as well, especially in CA or NYC.

There is a lot of overlap between feminism and egalitarianism. I guess feminism tries to promote the cause of women while egalitarianism tries to promote equality and mutuality between the genders. But it is possible to be both. I now consider myself both, but it took me a long time to see myself as a feminist. For some people I know, it is the same as admitting to be a "female supremacist" or "man-hater." But most feminists are not that extreme. Still, I prefer to emphasize egalitarianism because I care about the lives of men as well as women, and the word "egalitarianism" seems to communicate that better.

Glad to have you with us!  :)

I'm in my last year high school. I want to go to college. I found many that I loved. My goal is to eventually work for cartoonetwork .

I suppose gay marriage, abortion rights, women and men equal rights and bible translation that are more accurate. Minorties being one myself, bi,tran, gay, drag people. Female in the church.

Are you a Christian yourself Saya?  If so, what church do you attend.  There are lots of churches that would love to have an art major helping them with flyers, booklets and so forth.

I love Cartoon Network!

I think "egal" encompasses the idea that ALL people are created in God's image, and worthy of respect and care.
